This Privacy Policy explains how Discover the Alamo City (“we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit pcsmovetosanantonio.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. Discover the Alamo City is a consumer-facing brand of Juan Gonzalez, Texas Real Estate Sales Agent (TREC License #793532). Real estate brokerage services are provided through Gutierrez Realty Inc DBA Stetsn Real Estate, TREC Broker License #9017022-BB.
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, your message, and whether you ticked the optional box agreeing to receive text messages.
- Download forms (PCS Move Checklist, Military Homebuyer Guide): your name and email address.
- Booking a call: the details you enter on our scheduling page, such as your name, email, phone and preferred time.
- Emails, calls and texts you send us.
Please don’t send sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, bank details or military orders, through the Site’s forms.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect standard technical information: pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and the page that referred you. We use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand how the Site is used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. We don’t send your name, email, phone number or form answers to Google Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. Our site also uses performance caching, which may set technical cookies needed for the Site to work.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and provide the real estate services you ask about.
- To send the downloads you request and follow-up emails about your move or home search. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To send text messages, only if you opted in (see below).
- To schedule and prepare for calls you book.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To meet legal, licensing and recordkeeping obligations, including Texas Real Estate Commission and brokerage supervision requirements.
Text messages
If you tick the optional text-message box on our contact form and give us your number, you agree to receive text messages from Discover the Alamo City about your inquiry and home search. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
How we share information
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers who process information for us under their own privacy terms: our website host (Hostinger); Fluent Forms, which stores form entries on our website; Going Live AI (LeadStack), our customer-relationship and scheduling system, which stores your contact details, messages and booking history and sends our emails; and Google (Analytics and Site Kit).
- Our brokerage, Stetsn Real Estate, which supervises our real estate activity.
- Others you ask us to connect you with, such as a lender, builder representative or another agent, and only with your permission.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of you, us or others.
How long we keep information
We keep contact and transaction records as long as needed to serve you and as required by real estate licensing, brokerage and tax rules. Then we delete or de-identify them.
Your choices
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Text: reply STOP.
- Access, correction or deletion: email us at the address below and we’ll respond as required by applicable law, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act where it applies. We may need to keep some records to meet legal obligations.
- Cookies: most browsers let you block or delete cookies.
Children
The Site is meant for adults and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites, such as builders, government agencies and the Texas Real Estate Commission. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
