About

Meet Juan Gonzalez, Your San Antonio Navigator

I help families understand San Antonio before they commit to a home in it — the commute, the school zones, the builder trade-offs, and the parts of a move a listing never tells you. Whether you’re PCSing to Lackland AFB, buying your first home, or relocating from out of state, my job is to be the guide, not the salesperson.

Why “Navigator”

Most real estate sites lead with listings. I lead with the neighborhood, because the house is the part you can change later — the commute to base, the school zone your kids are in, the drive to work every morning are the parts you actually live with. Before we ever look at a property, we work out where in the San Antonio area fits your family, your budget, and your timeline. There isn’t one “best” answer that fits everyone, and I won’t pretend there is.

I work with Stetsn Real Estate as a licensed Texas real estate sales agent (TREC #793532). I’m not the broker of record, and I’ll never represent myself as the brokerage — I’m the person you’ll actually talk to and work with.

U.S. Navy Veteran

I enlisted in January 2002 at nineteen — the first person in my family to serve. After boot camp and Yeoman school I reported to Newport News, Virginia as a plank owner of USS Ronald Reagan (CVN-76): part of the original crew, aboard while she was still being built. I stood security at her commissioning in 2003, worked in the Commanding Officer’s office and later the Air Department, and sailed her from Virginia to San Diego the long way — around South America. I separated as a Yeoman Third Class in June 2005.

My wife spent that entire enlistment in Carson City, Nevada, and our first child was born while I was aboard. So when a family tells me they’re trying to choose a neighborhood and a school from the other side of the country, on a report date — I’m not guessing at what that feels like.

What You Can Expect From Me

Education Before Pressure

I’ll explain your options clearly so you can make a decision with confidence—not because someone pressured you into one.

Local Guidance That Goes Beyond the Listing

We’ll look at the community, commute, builders, lifestyle, and everyday considerations that can matter just as much as the house itself.

One Family at a Time

You’re not a transaction or a number. My goal is simple: help your family find the right path forward, even if that means deciding you’re not ready to buy yet.

Ready to Talk Through Your Move?

No pressure, no sales script — just a conversation about your goals, your timeline, and what you need to know before you commit to an area.
